Welcome to MafiaManiac, a site is dedicated to the growth and expansion of the online forum game of Mafia.

Mafia is that party game you may have played, where there is a mafia (informed minority) trying to overtake an entire village and the villagers (uninformed Majority) are trying to stop them. We play these mafia games over several days in our forum and we have people from all over the world playing them. These mafia games can be themed from movies, real life situations and almost anything you can think of! Mafia involves a lot of creative strategy, making you think on your toes. You'll be forced trust your gut, check your logic, and deceive or be deceived. If you think you can handle playing, here are a few links you should definitely check out.

Alright, I'll take a crack at it.

January 25.5's random ingredients are...green bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, black eyed peas, mussels, oysters.

...This one...doesn't seem too difficult.
Ahh, anyone for spring rolls with a seafood salad???

Boil a half head of cabbage for a half hour and add tsp. salt. Rough chop cabbage, peppers, sprouts with a shot of extra virgin olive oil, coarse freshly ground black pepper and place in food processor to pulse several times until you have a coarse filling. Use the Asian wraps to add your filling and make triangles to pan fry later. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/wink.gif Rinse peas thoroughly and boil softly for 2 hours with a few pinches of salt.
Shell your cooked oysters, then the mussels and remove the beards, saute' in a wok with 1 cup of good white wine 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice and 1/2 stick of butter.
You'll need a large round bowl and platter to serve. Place romaine, ice berg, water cress lettuce into bowl toss it with sauteed seafood, peas and add a balsamic vinegar with dark olive oil. Toss gently until evenly coated in bowl. Arrange your fried spring rolls all around the bowl and serve them with a plum sauce and/or sweet and sour sauce. Serve and enjoy! http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/XD.gif

You can add or subtract ingredients to rolls and salad depending on your taste....and what you have available. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/winktongue.gif

http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/giggle.gif Easy peasy..... http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif

Jumbo shrimp will be shelled and dipped in a secret beer batter and then deep fried, that is sure to astonish. Cocktail sauce will be for dipping. Steam green beans and saute' in salted butter, add a little lemon juice for flavor and serve on the side of deep fried flat bread chips that were rubbed with fresh garlic.
Ginger bread cookies go into the processor and turned into large crumbs with pulse. Cover an angel food cake with a light vanilla frosting and press the crumbs against the sides and top of cake until frosting is covered. Lightly dust with cocoa powder afterwards and freshly minced coconut may be used as well to garnish.
Take 2 shots of celery soda, 5 shots of clamato juice, 2 jiggers of your best vodka, 1 teaspoon of tabasco, salt and black pepper to taste, blend well and serve, use a celery stick for garnish and dinner is served. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif

http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/sigh.gif Who will take over for my off days??? http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/dry.gif

Clean and prepare sprouts and greens and dandelion leaves for an exotic salad. To them add chopped walnuts, sliced onion, radiccio, hard boiled eggs sliced thinly, and croutons. Toss salad for 5 minutes first and then top with your favorite ranch or thousand island dressing.
Melt your swiss cheese over your imported black forest ham on top of sesame seed water crackers then top with a few drops of green pepper jalapeno Tabasco sauce and serve as an appetizer. Ham can be replaced with tofu, for veg's etc.
Bring out a fresh pork tenderloin, roll it in the coffee and add a stick of butter to a dutch oven, bake at 400F for an hour covered, turning every 20 minutes. Remove from oven and scrape coffee off of pork and cover pork with warm applesauce before serving.
There you have a delicious appetizer and salad followed by a great entree in which you may add mashed potatoes and freshly steamed baby carrots to. Enjoy!!! http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/winktongue.gif

Okay, answer this question first.
Are you aware that "Flan" is a Mexican dessert that is in its finished stage and served after dinner? If so, I never use a completed dish to concoct another. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/yes.gif I would expect to use foods in their uncooked, raw stages and work from scratch. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/gare.gif

Also, I think I did pork shoulder in the shout box before and if I were to incorporate the cheese it would be wrapped inside of the pork and of course the plum sauce over the top. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/thumbsup.gif

Yuk, but here goes:

Skin the veggies first cut into dice size pieces. Cut the tofu into a larger dice. Add them with a can of non condensed cream of potato or mushroom soup in a pot adding salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium for 20 mins. stirring as needed.
Either make your own pie crust or use an already to baked one and pour mixture into the pie shell to fill but not over the edge. Place cooked and shelled mussels on the top and bake for half hour on 350F, garnish with fresh celery strands and parsely on top before serving. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif
