Welcome to MafiaManiac, a site is dedicated to the growth and expansion of the online forum game of Mafia.

Mafia is that party game you may have played, where there is a mafia (informed minority) trying to overtake an entire village and the villagers (uninformed Majority) are trying to stop them. We play these mafia games over several days in our forum and we have people from all over the world playing them. These mafia games can be themed from movies, real life situations and almost anything you can think of! Mafia involves a lot of creative strategy, making you think on your toes. You'll be forced trust your gut, check your logic, and deceive or be deceived. If you think you can handle playing, here are a few links you should definitely check out.

Hmm...Egg theme anyone! http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/devil.gif
Egg Whites
Egg Noodles
Eggplant
EggNog
FYI:Noodles and nog are all ready made.

I made homemade egg noodles and use with chicken broth and celery and carrots and chicken. It was good.
Egg whites are used for a meringue on top of a lemon pie. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif
Eggplant is good in a ratatouille recipe if you want it.
Egg nog for getting drunk on the holidays. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/drunk.gif

As far as combining these items, it would be horrible as an understatement. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/yes.gif

Actually, everything I've done so far has been randomly selected. Of course, sometimes, randomness is a cruel mistress...

Piece of cake. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup 2 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 green onion, thinly sliced
FOR THE MARINADE
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon Sriracha, or more, to taste
1/6 cup of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of minced ginger root
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

To make the marinade, whisk together chicken broth, orange juice, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, orange zest, Sriracha, ginger, maple syrup and white pepper in a large bowl.
In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine chicken and 2/3 cup of the marinade; marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning the bag occasionally. Drain the chicken from the marinade, discarding the marinade.
Heat remaining marinade in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and stir in 2 tablespoons cornstarch combined with 2 tablespoons water. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened about 1-2 minutes; keep warm.
Working one at a time, dip the chicken into the eggs, then dredge in remaining 1 cup cornstarch, pressing to coat.
Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan. Working in batches, add chicken and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate; discard excess oil.
Serve chicken immediately, tossed or drizzled with the marinade, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion, if desired. You will love it. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/phew.gif http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/thanks.gif

It is a recipe for Chinese orange chicken and Sri Racha is an eastern Indian type of hot sauce. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/wink.gif.

This would make a great sammich. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/yes.gif
Instead they will be hors de oveures.

Prepare by draining tuna fish well and put into bowl with 1/4 cup of fresh mayonnaise. Add sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper and garlic powder to taste. Chop up 1 pickle and half an onion into small dice and add to bowl mixing well.
Use about 2 ciabatta rolls with sesame seeds that were toasted. Spread tuna salad mixture on top side of ciabatta rolls, slice tomatoes thinly and place on top of tuna mixture. Lightly dollup the bleu cheese on top and sprinkle the bacon bits over all, then, use 4 fancy tooth picks cut each 1/2 roll in quarters and serve. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/biggrin.gif

Without any ado, we can get started with a nice hearty cheese burger. Put the beef in a bowl, add garlic salt and pepper, mix well. Next weigh 1/2 pound for each burger and form into spheres. Cut in half and add 2 tbsp.cheese in the middles and form them into patties leaving no cheese showing. Grill each side for 10 minutes on a mediocre heat and serve on a toasted onion roll with lettuce, ketchup and pickles. Better yet, dress burger your own way.

For dessert later:
Freeze yogurt solid in separate glasses.
Put 2 cups of wine in a large skillet, add 1 & 3/4 cup of fresh raspberries or mulberries and 1 cup of sugar in the raw. Saute' and reduce until you have a good coating to go on top and let cool. Spoon on berries on top of yogurt and add whipped cream over that for each glass. Top with fresh mint leaves and serve. http://mafiamaniac.org/smile/tongue.gif
