Claiming on first baddie : If you spy a really dangerous baddie like one with spy ability ... cripple the baddies from claiming a dead player's role.
Claiming with only town results: It is a numbers game ... if you have enough town results and maybe some town reads. Provide them let the other townies take it from there. The baddies will be narrowed down to just a couple of players so not much place to hide.
Claiming with baddie result: If the baddie is not that dangerous but it is later in the game when goodies are lower in numbers ... maybe you should claim raise morale, hopes and all that stuff by lynching a baddie. Otherwise ... no risk ... no reward
Something just occurred to me ... What approach should the spy have in a game that starts with just one baddie that has a recruit ability ?

Actually this leads me to yet another question: how scummy/townie is it ideal to behave like if you are cop? The reason I ask this is because If you come across too townie, you are likely to get NKed and if you appear too scummy, people may not believe you when you claim. So what is the right meta to have when deciding how townie/scummy to act when cop?
