Mafia is that party game you may have played, where there is a mafia (informed minority) trying to overtake an entire village and the villagers (uninformed Majority) are trying to stop them. We play these mafia games over several days in our forum and we have people from all over the world playing them. These mafia games can be themed from movies, real life situations and almost anything you can think of! Mafia involves a lot of creative strategy, making you think on your toes. Names and descriptions to be added, I need to consult someone because what little creativity I have in creating characters is not functioning right now.

The Mentally Disordered:

Dean: The only man to survive the 2 ward wars, the king to his imaginary kingdom, still has his trusty gun, and has a sure kill chance now (RID Kill, unsaveable, If RID incorrect, cannot use again next night)
Barry: He simply enjoys the act of stalking people and documents everything that happens to that person. (Gets a list of all people who acted on target)
James: An info crazed man, can perform a general investigation to confirm a suspicion (Y/N question)
Brad: A little boy that is so sharp that he take on traits of those around him, and can mimic anyone perfectly. (Sends a list of 5 goodie players, (if less than 5 alive, will auto get a random role) one is chosen as copy at random, cannot get kill or lynch save more than once, chooses to Role Copy, or use copied action last night).
Shelton: A really nice guy who offers to vote for people, but due to his aphasia, he hears it wrong, and votes for someone else instead. (Vote redirect)
A: Block
B: Assumes 1st dead baddie's role

Baddies will vote for the target and carrier. They can also trade in their NK for a double barrel kill, which, if they can name 2 counterparts, and RID one of them, both will die. If a baddie outs his CP the indy(ies) will be given a double barrel kill usable only against baddies, and the killer will be anonymous. Baddies will not know each others' roles in BTSC.

◾There will be 15 players, 7 random people will have access to a second role, all will have anon accounts with Greek letter names.

◾A player who has received a baddie and goodie role will be indy, and will have access to baddie BTSC as the baddie counterpart, therefore, powerplaying is not allowed. There can be up to 2 indies. Their WinCon will be unknown. If there are 2 indies, they will be 2 different factions. When the first counterpart of an indy is killed or lynched, the second counterpart reaches a vulnerable state, in that state, if he is spied or lynched, he is revealed as indy.

◾There will be a lurking action, Counterpart spy (CP spy for short), i.e. it will be given to a random goodie(s) every night, a random number of CP spies will be distributed every night. CP spy is used to find out an anon account's LIVING counterpart, i.e the other anon account shared by the same player (if any). A player cannot use this on a dead player.

◾OOP: Baddies>Goodies, Baddie NK>>Redirect>Block>Trap>Save>Kill>Copy.

◾Kills are blocking.

◾Redirected people will be informed and spies will be told their new target.

◾Performing actions on self is allowed.

The Rules:

- No NP, No DP, No BTSC. So all that shows up at cycle change is “It’s night now, GO” or “It’s day now, GO”, and suicides.

- No roles, players will get a different action each night depending on the set pool (which is secret).

- Baddies know each other, will vote for kill target via PM to host, if tied, random person out of the tie dies.

- Dead players will not be informed that they are dead, and will receive actions normally. Dead players voting for their teammates count as +1, voting for an opposing faction player counts as -1, a dead player acting on his teammate will block the first time and kill every other time he targets a teammate, if acting on opposing faction, will save, if a dead player does not act, a random player will be acted on, if a dead player attempts to act on himself, he will be randomly redirected to someone else. All players have the option to suicide, which will announce their death and send them to ghosties, regardless of prior status. Player using a day action while dead will end up using a day block (vote=x0), kill, or save (lynch save).

- Every night, one player will get a quarter to half of all actions performed that night, and during the day, the same player will get the lynch result (and possibly actions from the day).

- In order to keep the actions from going public, from N2 afterwards, a random baddie will get a chance to guess which person received the actions performed for any/all previous nights (to avoid later outing), if he is correct, the player(s) is killed. May guess any number of nights (up to what’s happened), but if even 1 guess is wrong, none of the kills go through.

- Trapped players will be informed that they were trapped (assuming that there is a trap), and cannot speak.

- For obvious purposes, kills aren't blocking.

- Players will be informed of the success of their action, dead players will always get a fail on their actions.

- Players will have a random identity that will identify them when night or day actions are sent to a player.

- There are 10 goodies and 3 baddies.

- Redirected spies will not be informed.

- The living player with the most votes will be lynched.

- Identity does not come with faction. Players will not know their own identities, so, self spies are allowed.
